Originally from Louisiana, Carolyn has more than 20 years’ experience in corporate law where she negotiated multi-million-dollar contracts with companies like Sony, Hewlett Packard, Intel, and Dell, as well as smaller retailers and distributors. In addition, Carolyn has created, reviewed and assisted in implementation of day to day business operations contracts, including creating internal guidelines to assure compliance with corporate policy as well as polices to assure compliance with the law. In a nutshell, Carolyn’s experience in private law firms has been dedicated to helping people and companies solve their contract-based questions and issues and she has brought that significant experience to Kraeber Law Office.
Carolyn spends her free time with her friends and family and if being in or near the water is involved then all the better (swimming, beachcombing, fishing), and enjoys various forms of crafting.
