Rhonda Kraeber

​Rhonda Shelton Kraeber has practiced in all areas of employment law, including wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment litigation, since 1991. Rhonda counsels employers and employees on all aspects of the employer-employee relationship. This includes compliance with the many state and federal laws that apply in the employment context, drafts, reviews, and negotiates of all types of employment-related agreements such as severance agreements, employment contracts, and confidentiality agreements. Rhonda has also practiced general commercial litigation, which may involve real estate disputes, contract issues, and corporate control disputes, and is licensed to practice in both California and Oregon.

Rhonda has acted as Judge Pro Tem in Contra Costa County Superior Court and as a neutral arbitrator for such organizations as Kaiser Permanente. She has lectured on legal matters to a variety of organizations including Chambers of Commerce and human resources-focused groups and has appeared as a panelist on programs sponsored by Lorman Education Services. Rhonda has also published a variety of employment-related articles in various groups publications such as the Central Valley Human Resource Management Association and the Brentwood Chamber of Commerce.

Rhonda has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1984 and attended the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco. Prior to beginning her law practice, she held various management positions with Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Hilton Hotels.
